  14. LONG ISLAND CITY, NEW YORK - January 18, 1996 - Impact Software
  15. Publishing, Inc. today announced that it is shipping Release 4.0
  16. of its SuperDraw(tm) product, a powerful and easy-to-use graphics
  17. program for creating business graphics, diagrams, illustrations,
  18. layouts, and presentations.

  20. SuperDraw 4.0 includes many new features and improvements including
  21. a new tints panel, floating rulers, distribute command, zoom
  22. preferences, GIF/JPEG import, and the capability to save TIFF
  23. files with many advanced options.

  25. SuperDraw 4.0 is available now for the SPARC-, Intel-, Motorola-,
  26. and HP PA-RISC-based versions of NEXTSTEP 3.2 or later. The price
  27. is $295 for commercial users and $245 for academic users. SuperDraw
  28. is available direct from Impact Software and through authorized
  29. NEXTSTEP resellers.

  43. SuperDraw(tm) is a powerful and easy-to-use graphics program
  44. for creating business graphics, diagrams, illustrations, layouts,
  45. and presentations.

  49. SuperDraw lets you draw any object easily, including rectangles,
  50. squares, ellipses, circles, polygons, stars, arrows, arcs, lines,
  51. pie sections, curved paths, connected lines, and rounded rectangles.
  52. SuperDraw lets you drag and drop colors, images, patterns, and
  53. styles directly onto any text, graphic, or page.

  57. SuperDraw lets you resize, rotate, scale, and skew any text,
  58. graphic, or scanned image. You can also group, blend, join, union,
  59. and clip objects together. In addition, you can add neon, fadeaway,
  60. and shadow effects to any text or graphic. For precision placement,
  61. SuperDraw lets you align objects to a grid or snap objects to a
  62. guide. SuperDraw also provides sound buttons, action buttons, and
  63. support for object links to other applications.

  67. SuperDraw lets you work with multiple layers and with any number of
  68. pages in a document. You can also cut, copy, and paste any layer
  69. or page from one document to another. SuperDraw lets you zoom from
  70. 1% to 6400% for detailed editing, and you can edit objects directly
  71. even in reduced and thumbnail views.

  76. including sample templates for address labels, business cards, disk
  77. labels, shipping labels, and calendar. SuperDraw also includes
